Please send your cancellation request in writing to contacto@bungalowsjaqueline.com.mx. Your cancellation request will be accepted according to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within the allowed time frame (20 days prior to arrival) will incur a 30% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after the mentioned period will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. 100% of the stay will be charged.
- Failure to arrive on the check-in date (no-show) will be considered a cancellation outside the allowed time frame; therefore, no refund will be issued and 100% of the stay will be charged.
- Early departure from Bungalows Jaqueline will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
- In the unfortunate event that you need to shorten your vacation for any reason, it is your responsibility and no refund will be provided.
